Good evening everyone. Just joined DakkaDakka today. I have been looking at different articles on here and decided to join. I am currently in Afghanistan but I live in Indiana. I have been messing around with wargaming model for about 10 years. Mostly painting, not very much playing. I recently, before I left, got into Warhammer 40k. I have a friend who is going to join in when I get home, but till then, I'm just reading codex and the new rulebook. I have actually only played once and that was to learn. Didn't do too bad. Going to concentrate on painting my models and the Realm of Battle game board when I get home. Have some ideas for the board and already had ideas for the models.

I am collecting a Tau army I am naming Kor 'Tal. The models i have now, pushing the wargear, I can get a decent 1000 point army
Also, I am collecting a Space Marine army I am calling Blue Sentinels. I can also get a 1000 point army out of this also.

Looking to come up with a good idea for the Space Marine symbol. Right now, just thinking about modifying the Ultramarines' symbol. We shall see, I guess.
