If a wizard casts throne of vines And gets irresistible force does he get to use the two plus from throne of vines against the miscast? I tried searching for this in the FAQs and through the forums search.

Yes he does, as the spell is resolved before the miscast. In this instance, Throne of Vines would be 'resolved' by getting its benefits up and running, then the miscast occurs, which would allow for the 2+ save.

You get the 2+ since the spell is resolved before the miscast. I usually roll a 1 though

Last game I rolled a 1, lost a wizard level and forgot throne of vines...W/out that, dwellers and regen are pretty useless

Dwellers' still very much badass, even if you have to suffer the miscast like anyone else
