Not as Good as a Minion

I just wanted to post up a positive experience with buying from On the Lamb Games. I ordered a pretty small order, a box of Brushfire infantry and a hero. Not only are the casts really good (to be honest they are better than I expected, I thought that, being quite a small company, there'd be flaws here and there, but I can only see one tiny area that'll need a knife run over it on one model), but they threw in some dice, which look to be Brushfire themed D10s, for free!
A small company which does that on a small order is one that I'll buy from again, without a doubt.

Yes it's good to hear about this kind of thing!
In a similar vein I got a free D20 when ordering from Valiant Wargames ( http://www.valiantwargames.co.uk/ ) and a free packet of sweets (!) when ordering from Heresy Miniatures, as well as a little note from the producer ( http://www.heresyminiatures.com/shop/)
Only small things admittedly but it's the kind of thing that will keep customers going back to them.

On the Lamb Games has always struck me as a very nice bunch of folks. I have never purchased a product, but their presence at cons and on the internet is always very positive. I have also been meaning to dip into Brushfire Wars. The models are so fun and the game looks interesting. The only problem is that it would be another game that I would have to shoulder on my own. I'm just tapped, and was bitten by the Quar bug. No offense intended to On the Lamb or Brushfire, but Quar got me and I have been collecting several Quar armies.
You're on my list On the Lamb Games! I will follow with great interest and inevitably, at some point in the future, become a devoted customer.

That's great. A lot of asian based miniatures companies (and asian companies in general) give you free stuff in their packages. It could be a chocolate bar, a few extra minis or a nice note saying thanks.

Every time I've ordered from Zinge, I get a small bag of miscasts, which are great for base decoration. It's nothing big, but I appreciate it.

I've heard good things about on the Lamb Games.
It's nice when small companies can give you that extra special touch. I had an order delay from Black Tree Designs and after we worked it out, they sent me a free pack of 3 goblins!

Having lived in Korea, visited Japan/China, I've come to the conclusion that this is how their high-street shops are surviving despite the onslaught of the internet.
Buying a little digital camera from a store I got a free memory stick and carry case thrown in for free. If that kind of culture existed here in the UK then people might be more inclined to at least give the shop a try, rather than just go straight onto Amazon because its a couple of quid cheaper.

I think that one of the best things about On The Lamb games is that they are active, kind, and helpful in the forums... Not just their own forum, but all over.

Once upon a time, in the long long ago, there was an internet DVD sales company called Reel.com. They were one of the first but eventually got gobbled up by a larger company. Everytime you ordered from them, there would be a bag of microwave popcorn in the delivery box. I ordered from them exclusively because of this.

I've heard Kromlech loves to send little previews of pieces to repeat customers, as well as sometimes throw in extra bits. I really need to scrape some cash together and order some mega armored orks from them.
Vic sometimes throws in extra bitz as well. That, or I'm ordering more than I realize

I think hasslefree gives sweets with its miniatures. Kind of useless [these are 5p chews] but nice to get.
