I'm gonna discount the Slaanesh one (as I don't like Slaanesh)
also, it's mostly for very small point games.

I have to agree with Godless. Divination and mass S6 shooting is very good when it gets rolling.

Chaos Daemons- 3000/2000 pts

Tzeentch is the best by far but Slaneesh heralds are also fantastic.

Depends what you want if for, tzeentch heralds if going for forewarning and grimoire, 2++ re rolling 1's and str6 re rolling to hit with prescience and locus. I love that unit!.

But I am thinking about nurgle lately, 20 plague bearers with 2+ cover saves easily, plus locus for FNP and a 4 wounds t5 herald on palaquin with 2 biomancy powers plus greater reward does sound good as a objective camper, would be better if Wave seperents didnt exsisit....

In essence you are asking

"Which is better: hammer, screwdriver or drill?"

Without knowing what job you need to do, it is very hard to make a recommendation. For instance, the Khorne herald on a juggernaut is an extremely mobile, fairly durable death dealer, but he won't do anything to support other units like the Tz or Nurgle guys can.

So, more info please.

Oh, and if you answered hammer, help yourself to an Internet cookie, as in the absence of any other info, the answer should always be hammer!

if in doubt give it a clout.

On a more serious note as above, shooty, assault or objective camping, three simple tasks the above are good for.

Probably Mostly on the shooting side, but I could use something mobile, but (as I'm told) Objectives have become more Important in 6th. also, They'd be rolling with a Squad of Pink Horrors, Bloodletters and Plaguebearers (and maybe some screamers soon).

Well, a Lvl 3 Herald with the Exalted Locus on a disc accompanied by Screamers will give you the most Dakka, take the Change Primaris and chuck out 4D6 shots a turn, with the ability to cover the whole board in a turns movement if needed.

If you're lucky enough to throw up Forewarning as one of your powers, you can even think about running a mini Screamer Star.

Pink Horrors would enhance your Dakka, but wouldn't give you any real mobility of note (although if you run 20, they will potentially have a large enough footprint to cover a large portion of the table with their 24" range anyway.)

Neither Nurgle or Khorne really lend themselves to anything with any shootiness, and Nurgle isn't in the least bit mobile, so it looks like Tzeentch is your guy.
