I really don't like the Gold'n'Blue thousand sons, and I'm not too fond of the models, BUT with these fine beautiful helms (http://maxmini.eu/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=174)
I guess I could make a small army of everyones favourite psychic ghost robot giants. But what colours?
I'm thinking pre-heresy colours, what with red and white, but I have no pictures, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Bad luck?! Schmad luck!

Aren't the Magnus loyals still red? You could run them as that perhaps.

I must stress, these aren't mine, but if you google pre heresy thousand sons there's loads of images available.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but how would I make the termies? could I use the normal GW ThousandSons heads on chaos terminators, and use some khopesh-ey things that I have laying around?

Bad luck?! Schmad luck!

I'd say don't use chaos termies and either use pimped up grey knight ones or just regular terminators. All those skulls and trophies don't go so well with thousand sons in my opinion. Use tomb king bitz and kit them out with that. And there are a bunch of 3rd party stuff like heads and shoulders that would match the style.

So a squad of stock mehrene/Grey Knights termies, with bits added/painted on?
I have a friend who has a chunk of Khopeshes laying around, so those with the thousand sons headgear, I think would make them stand out (because I'm probably gonna use those other mecha egypt ones for the normal sons) All that remains now is to think on how to make the sorcerer....
Thanks all of you for the help C:
