My initial plan is to use stormvermin bodies and legs with grave guard bodies and legs (from fantasy), like this

And i also have a massive amount of catachan guard i have yet to use, (probably changing the arms though). There is however one thing i am looking for specifically, i can't find "heroic" scale plague doctor masks on any model website. Oh and i'm looking at a blob/mech mix as an army, to get as much conversions in there.
Some ideas I've come up with recently ( got loads more but i couldn't be bothered writing them )

Warp lightning cannon barrel mixed with a Russ to make a "Lightning gun"

Converting griffons or some other sort of ordnance with a plagueclaw catapult, as if they're lobbing concoctions onto the enemy in place of shells.

Fantasy Chaos manticore lord as a renegade psyker

Anywho, if anyone could share any ideas that would be great!! Especially if they are themed after nurgle, but even if they are "just chaos-y" thats good too, thanks if anyone can assist

They just scream Nurgle guardsmen.

Oh wow, those are sexy, to be honest, every time i've been on anvil, i'm always looking at the autocannons, but these are really cool, thanks for that, and so i shall add them to the collection!

The tox troopers looks good and aren't very highly priced.

Ok well, now that guard have been sorted out, (thank you all!) Would anyone have any ideas for possible vehicle conversions, or maybe some special character conversions?? Hopefully ones that could fit the use of blob/mech guard, perhaps al'rahem or creed?
