I apologize if there is already a topic for this, but can anyway suggest to me a good dragon Model for the Transformation of Kadon spell, one that's about the right size? I find the GW dragons to be a bit lacking.

Grab the new Reaper Bones Kalidrax. If the GW ones are too puny, that one should be just right, if you're up to a skeletal dragon.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I dont think there is any thread like this already. But on to your burning question! Well it really depends on what sort of dragon you are looking for? Evil flame spwening drake or a more friendly minded beast. Also there is the matter of how much money you are willing to spend on said wyrm. But here are a few options.

An undead dragon dragon doesn't quite work for me, sadly. It's a good model, but it doesn't really fit into my lizardmen army. Perhaps I should have specified that. I like the Magma dragon, but the price is a little steep. I'll consider it though. How big are the reaper models compared to GW models? I'm not familiar with them. I see, well the FW dragon is pricy but worth the money i can guarantee. As for the reaper models I dunno, I have never seen it outside the net to be honest.

I have the Red Dragon above. It is about 4-5 inches from the table to the top of the shoulders and the wingspan is about 5-6 inches.
That is just off the top of my head. If you want more accurate sizing, I can have a look when I get home.

Its better looking than the Fantasy dragons IMO.
Maybe try and find one of the metal ones from before they switched over to Finecast.

Another FW dragon, this time the carmin dragon instead of the magma one.
Only sets you back £60 instead of £80 and really is a nice model.
Thats what i use for the spell anyway
