I'm not entirely sure if I'm going to call it done or not, but it's good enough for the table for now. More pics and some WIP shots on my blog here.

Firstoff a warning. I'm a modeller and not a painter. So i'm not the expert on that and might be wrong.

But i think that your model lacks a bit of contrast. The whole model is relatively cold in color and the pink is too close to the skin color to provide additional contrast. Especially the main body with its dark skin and black leather could use some additional coloration.
Either try to add more gold like you did on the head or mix in a few spots of an additional color like a blue or turquoise. Just a few spots like glowing eyes, glowing runes or just some tattoo like patterns.

Or maybe try to add some more color transitions on her skin. It looks maybe a bit too smooth and some more shading could help.

While it definitely is more than enough for the table i think that such a central model of an army should get the additional attention. So think about what i said and maybe improve your already well executed model even more.

Agreed. What is there is nicely done, but it is a bit flat. I wouldn't call itt done quite yet

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!
