Hey Fellas...
I came across a copy of the 1989 GW Space Marine rule book.

Its got the rules, but no stat cards.

The rules are solid, and I want to play some games at the 40K scale.

I also want to play at the EPIC scale, but I dont have any stat cards for the forces.

Does anyone out there still have those old cards for Marines or the stats for Eldar?

I don't know about the old stuff but I think you can still get the current rules from GW's web site.

If you want the actual cards themselves, then best bet is the usual Ebay or the Swap Shop here.

If you just want to know the values, then PM me what you need and I can take a picture of it

1989 is 1st edition so there won't be any stat cards as such - you'll need to trawl early editions of white dwarf!

What is the cover like - is it a black starry background with a skully version of the imperial eagle or is it covered with black and white artwork?

I've been looking for the same thing recently, and found this. I'm not sure if it's correct, but it looks about right. I haven't had chance to check it yet. If anyone who knows could look over it and let me know eitherway I'd really appreciate it.
