Very good sum up !
As for comments, I notice that the inquisition part of the GK, or the inquisition stand alone codex is not mentionned. In a DP heavy army, it can add very cheap scoring units to stay on backfield objectives while your main force will be dropping on the head of your opponnent. It also add an increadibly price efficient HQ (vanilla inquisitor or Coetaz) that can roll with your marines.

For beginners (like me) i'd also add a "standart" 1500 points army list to give an idea on the point balance you're recommanding.
