They are all very similar and I can't decide - these schemes are for normal marines only - i know what i want for veterans and the like. These guys will be on snow bases.

The white mask eats the green of the eyes imo. Maybe something like the white mask with the blue shoulders. Try and steal the grey knight eyes. They pop with dark colours

I'd do the top one personally. If you want it to stand out a little more, do the backpacks red and the helmet red as well(almost a reverse Flesh Tearer).

I'd also really suggest doing some test painting to see how each one looks. You can sacrafice a few marines, and can still paint over them with the proper colors when you make a final decision.

I know how you feel, choosing my Marines colour scheme has been and or is hard.

I like the one with the blue pads. I think this will be an interesting choice because if you are using snow bases the Marines will look very cold. In the coming winter months the sight of your army will chill your already chilly opponents and in the following summer it will be refreshing for you in the heat. Temperature rarely features as a theme in an army and I think that will be the most original in the end.
