Need some help spending the last few points. Any suggestions?
The current intention is for the Chapter Master + bikes, supported by the Land Speeders, provides a fast threat while the Dreads, Thunderfire and Snipers provide fire support. The techmarine and close combat scouts ride in the Storm Raven, to provide late game objective grabbers and an extra repair chance for the raven.
