Depends. How do you want to paint them?
If your army goes along with a certain theme, go with that Clan.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.
Orks always ride in single file to hide their strength and numbers.

Well I like the ostentatiousness with the Bad Moonz, but I already do yellow (Imperial Fists) I am slightly leaning towards Goffs with the mobs upon mobs of boyz, their fluff is pretty cool.

While not really a clan, you could go for Freebooters, and paint your own bright colours and stuff on them. Or you could "loot" some armour plates from other clans and make some rather interesting boyz..... 
I ticked Death Skulls, primarily because blue armour stands out really nice, and because I'd like to see some nicely painted Orks that aren't Goffs/Evil Sunz.

Goffs are pretty appealing if you plan to have a horde army. Thanks to the black, an undercoat gets you a long way to completion! I view that as a good thing by the way....  . The one single problem I have with Goffs is that almost everyone at my LGS who plays Orks is a Goff player. While this ties in with Ork lore perfectly (Goffs being the biggest clan), I'd like to see a bit more variation sometimes....
