So I placed an order on Waylandgames during the 2nd week of September and to date I am waiting for the order. I wrote to them and they replied the reason my order still hasn't shipped is because one item I ordered comes from the Polish Micro Art Studio, and they havent sent them stock yet and havent replied to their query. So now I gotta keep waiting or cancel that item off my order for it to ship. Bottom line: Micro Art Studio SUCKS!!! Dont buy their terrain because it will never arrive. This was the piece of terrain in question that I had bought:

There is a difference between late and never. Perhaps you are unlucky but i cannot not, in any way, support this statement.

I am ordering a lot of my bases from MicroArts, for nearly for all my armys in every system that i play. I order a lot of their Iron Brotherhood models for my AdMech project (as in the picture on top of the building) and every time the order arrived in about two weeks, sometimes faster (but there is a luck factor in the polish parcel services). Exact the building you posted here has been ordered by the gaming club i play in and we received it without any known problems.

But everytime i ordered i did it directly from the MicroArts Site and not from third party sites.

I think it's more wayland games fault considering that their delivary times are atrocious [I mean, 2 fething weeks for a box of terminators]

Was going to say, if you're ordering from Wayland Games how is it Micro Art's fault? Besides, I've heard that WG delivery times are insane.

Why not order directly from Micro Art?

Tons of stuff , they are never late , there is always someone to anwser the call or e-mail. Looks more like wayland is waiting for more people to order stuff through them from the studio , so that they wouldn't have to pay for transport of one pice of terrain.

I've got to go with what everyone else has said. I've ordered a few things in the past from Micro Art, and I've never had even the slightest of issues. Swift delivery, friendly staff and great communication. Wayland seems to be the issue here.

Seconded. I have ordered several things directly from them and NEVER once had a problem. And thats from Poland to California.

I've got heaps of there stuff. Never had a problem with it.

Retailers usually wait until a good quantity of Micro Art stuff has to be ordered. And it takes a while with mostly bases.

Also keep in mind that most of the Micro Art folks were present at the world's biggest games fair, the Spiel in Essen, Germany, which went from 24th to 27th (plus travel and preparation time). As a comparison: GenCon 50k visitors, Spiel 154k visitors.
BTW I spoke to them yesterday, all decent folks.

I just wanted to jump in here and say that ordering from MicroArt Studio directly has been a pleasure for me. Great customer service and good responsiveness. I think the issue is on Wayland's side.

The one time I ordered directly from Micro Arts, I did have to wait a little while for everything in the order to be ready to go, but the shipping itself was quick.

Ordered from them many times, always satisfied.

I ordered some bases from them, and they arrived quicker than I expected...

Ordered mine from here. When in stock (what they are most of the time) it didn't take longer than 2-3 days to arrive.

Haven't tried Micro Arts own shop yet, so can't make a comment on it.

Don't order from Wayland if you have no patience, they have a habit of being late to the show.
