I'd definitely add some more scoring stuff if you can, maybe bump the assault squad up to ten men, combat squad them if needed, add a few scouts with camo cloaks to hug home objectives or outflank onto stuff.
The honour guard is a nice touch but a 5 man jump packless assault squad would serve almost the same purpose, and still score. The chaplain isn't really getting his best work sitting in the razorback with them; he could go with the tacticals in the crusader and, along with the priest, make them a reasonable assaulty unit if needed. As for bikes, 3 melta attack bikes are cheap and effective, just a bargain for what they do.
Here's an alternate take on the list using the extra points.

I added a jump pack to the normal priest so he can buff the assault squad.
So here you have a potential 5 scoring units, librarian and co throwing some divination around, mobile melta ability, plenty of FNP... at this point I'd consider dropping the death co (although I do love them dearly) and finding another 10 points and bringing a storm raven. Or perhaps just taking one instead of the land raider= troops where you want them turn 3 or 4.
Hope this gives you some good ideas.
