Hell, a captain from the BA codex can beat a fully kitted out company master (which is ~100 pts more than said captain) with dual wielding THs. the C:SM captains and CM kick his tail in. Is there ANY way to make him "good?" cuz tbh, I much rather take azzy :/. I just want a customizable guy that won't suck lol XD.

A) All the other options are far better.
B) He can't get eternal warrior so his encounters are rock paper scissors, except you lose in 2 out of 3 scenarios.
C) Greenwing armies are pretty naff unless you're doing one with a SOD build, and even then the 65 pt Prescience platform is a no brainer.

personally id take a fully kitted inty chaplian because on a bike he can mass murder.
For captain id say arficer armor, shroud of hero's, displacer field, digital weapon, dual TH's, or can he only trade one weapon? if so then combi-melta like coyote said.

I only ever use the company commander in fluff armies or Apoc where points aren't an issue:
TDA, monster-slayer, power sword, displacer field, in a DW command squad with the DW banner, that's 5 attacks stock that have a decent chance at insta-killing stuff. No AP2 attacks in termie armour sadly... Only way to do that is Belial with TH/SS or a Libby with force axe.
The weapon options for power/artificer armour are better but you lose DWA...

company master cannot get EW either though.
