I have a game this weekend vs my friends DE and I want to try out the new SM codex for the first time. I will be using Ultramarines as my chapter tactics and want to build a fun fluffy UM list. Please let me know your thoughts

Personally. when I run calgar
I like a more infantry based army with a tad bit of heavy support (typhoon speeders 1dread) plus its fluffy!

I was thinking that at first but infantry and DE doesn't really go to well. I need to pop those pesky venoms and ravagers and lascannons seem like the best method.
I have a speeder and tons of infantry so I could draw up a list to see

Only 20 scoring bodies isn't enough for 2k. You probably need at least twice that.

Your AA's a bit light to be honest.

Rhinos for your other Honour Guard?

There will be 4 scoring units and it is a little light I agree. He is playing DE so AA is not an issue as he has a pair of ravagers so only chance of seeing one flyer I feel.
Honour guard go with Calgar in LR.
I could drop a dread and the bikes and look at adding a stormraven but that may be a little too much as he will likely have very little AA of his own.
