Some awesome games are on sale, like Skyrim is 75% off, as well as the walking dead, Sleeping Dogs is 80% off. Seems great, I might pick up Skyrim because I don't have it yet for PC. A lot of games are also on sale though, including Terraria, Total War: Rome II, and Space Hulk, and a lot of others, so you'd have to check it out.

Space Hulk for 9,51€ (66% off); the meta critic score of 58 seems a bit low though. Anyone got a few nice words to say about it?

Good that I'm getting my christmas bonus this month, so my bank account doesn't have to die alone & forgotten.

And much, much less fun apparently. Angry Joe and TotalBiscuit both have reviews calling it an authentic, but poor port of the game.

And once again I'm skint at this time of year, so I can't buy anything. Still, I've yet to play any of the games from the summer sale that I bought...

Lucky. Even at 19.99 I'd call that a decent deal. Think of it as an expansion pack. To bad I needed to pinch my pennies.

Waiting for the X-Com expansion to go on sale.

I picked up Brave New World finally.

Steam sales are evil, I picked up skyrim last night and now when I get home will pick up x-com (due to some posters on dakka giving good reviews a while ago) and am strongly thinking about company of heroes even though i know nothing about it - now that's a good reason

How am I ever going to afford my 3DSXL????

I'd been waiting for an excuse to get XCOM. Played the demo and loved it.

Installed it last night; will give it a go when I get home from work...

My problem with Steam sales is that most of the games that I want I already own.

I'm waiting for Europa Universalis IV and thats about it although I will doubtless buy some filler to populate my Steam library that I will play once (if at all).

I bought Company of Heroes 2 for $20. This rewarded me with a 40% coupon for... Company of Heroes 2. Thanks, guys.

IT's not as silly as it sounds. Basically they want you to give that coupon to a friend so they'll buy the game, too.

Also, Battlefield 4 is on sale for $30, or $34 with the China Rising xpac at Origin. Yeah, I know's not a steam sale.

I found it helpful since I got a 60 dollar game for 12 bucks but meh.
