Dusted off my Crimson Fists after flipping through the Space Marine codex... My basic plan is to drop pod my melta squads onto objectives, have my Sternguard drop with Pedro and then have my Terminators deep strike in for support.
The two things I'm unsure about would be 1) should my drop pods have locator beacons, or should I change them to teleport homers on the Tactical sergeants, and 2) what's the best mix of combi-weapons in a sternguard squad? The last thing I want is for them to get stuck in combat, so extra flamers would be useful as a deterrant, but at the same time they need at least a couple of meltas to function as anti-tank...

Looks very well themed a few things though
1) why all the locator beacons I can understand one but 3 is wasted points
2) with the sternguard I would drop the heavy flamers and the locator beacon and deathwind launcher again
3) I would also drop the scouts because IMO they suck although they are good at holding objectives with camo cloaks but don't expect them to be very good at killing things lol
4) I would use two mm on the speeders or if you are confident that the tacticals and the sternguard can kill tanks then give them ass cannons and heavy bolters
And take an aegis defence line for that extra aa defence because one flakk missile won't do it

Take combi meltas on the sarge rather than a multi on the marine because on the turn you drop you will have to snap fire it which negates the point in having it in the first place.

I would drop a tac to increase your stern guard units. Also consider dropping the terminators for more stern. Just for more scoring. Also recommend rhinos for the stern or drop pods

Not a bad list, scouts totally suck though. I would save a few points by dropping a heavy flamer and two locater beacons and just buy another 10 tacticals.

Why 30 troops bodies in a Pedro list? The whole reason to take him is tospsm Sternguard, then taking just 7 beggars belief. With what 2 meltaguns and 2 snap firing multimeltas as your alpha strike your army will die having done nothing.
Drop all the scouts all the locator beacons and 10 tac marines (just take 5 guys combi-melta and metal and they'll do more damage than your squads for half the points). Drop the Terminators too.
Death wind launcher isn't worth it drop it.
The Typhoon is generally a better land speeder than HF + MM unless you're in a Vulkan list. But I think more drop pods is a better choice perhaps TFCs with empty pods would be the best bet.
But over all I'm sorry you basically need a total rewrite if you want to be competitive. Automatically Appended Next Post: Something like this perhaps:

That way you have 12 meltas and 4 HFs in range turn 1. 29 Scoring MEQs compared to 27. Plus 4 combi grav for turn 2 and 12 S6 blasts a turn that can barrage snipe!
