I'm sorry for the lack of updates these days but it is last of the school this time. But I have finally finished the scout squad and I will give you the Champion/lord for a taste of whats coming up soon. I will take some groupshots when I get the time and also some pics on the other finished models to the group. I will also show what I have finished painting to the army.
Anyway here's the Champion/lord:

Well I started with goblin green as base, then I just made it lighter with some white and yellow. And remember that not to make the flame darkest in the middle because flames and lights are at it brightest in the middle. When I then was satisfied with the green I drybrushed on some black on the tops on the flames. It's pretty easy if you have a picture of a flame when you going to paint it.

@PDH- Thanks yeah I will take that army shot soon and post it. But I need some good lights to do that so it will have to wait a little more.

@Rogue wolves- Thanks. I regret that I didn't a similar painting on the first rhino I painted. So I'll maybe do some changes on the first the and maybe do some mark on that to.

I don't know if I mentioned it before but I started over with the zerks, made them bigger and more badass.
I also changed the color on them so the more fit in to my army. So here is the first of 10zerks. Hope you like it.

Sorry for the long delay Rogue. You made it from a mix of universal glue, in sweden we have a glue that is named Karlssons klister. And some water, very thin black paint and tamiya clear red. Its very easy to do and looks very ok.

I cannot remember if it has been covered anywhere in your thread....but what are you using the scouts for rules wise?

The Zerks look good...the blood spatter and gore is appropriately used too.

I'm using them as Regular chaos marines with mark of slaanesh. To show that they are more agile but using the terrain to cover themselves so they get the "power Armour" save.

I like the concept for the pilot's head - assuming that's what it is and not some hapless soul captured in a portable warp portal built into the side of the dread

Haha I know and here are still some wip pics but The lost soul of Brah'ma is soon finished. I going to give him some tendons on the lower body. And some more weapon. And I will magnetize all weapons so I can switch between them.
