First off, sadly, no. When a PC is killed off, that PC is not allowed to create another character. When the last man is left alive, he will win the RP and get big bonuses in Paradiso II.
Second, the meteor is not in fact the Primordial Judge. The meteor is a ball of pure evil, A hate filled being made from the energy of the deaths of stars.
