Hero name/ Secret Identity: The Outsider.

Age: Unknown.

Moral Standing: True Neutral
Costume:

Background: Not much is known about the Outsider. Striking seemingly at random against fighters on both sides of the moral compass, he seems to be in pursuit of some kind of higher agenda or goal. However, those who have fought beside him describe him as almost as a vengeful ghost, hidden behind a brown cloth suit. Prefers to let actions speak louder than words, which is probably why he doesn’t speak much.

Superpower: Short range teleportation, at the peak of human fitness, can perform 'jedi mind trick'-esque feats.

Super Weakness: He is only human, and such, can succumb to all mortal wounds.

Faction: pursues his own goals, and so is a member of no specific faction. However, he has been known to work alongside the WFO on occasion-though he is definitely not a good team player. In essence, he is an Objector.

Nnnk, so I was messin with the hero machine and I couldn't make it work the way I wanted it to for my character (not that I couldn't literally make it work, I've used it a few times before, its just that when I was done I didn't like how it looked)

For this reason I am requesting to be able to use a pic from the interwebz for my character instead of the hero machine like LLF...

I was going to make a rather less "Flashy" character based on the protagonist from inFamous if at all possible. Details later, still have to work the bugs and whatnot...

Moral Standing: True Neutral
Background: The being known as the Primordial Judge wanders the cosmos watching developing races attain their superpowers, observing and judging the race when their powers begin to reveal themselves. If they do not threaten the balance of the Universe, the Judge moves on, if not, it sees that the race is utterly destroyed. Now the Primordial Judge has come to earth, sadly, human supers are seen as a threat to the Judge's eye, and have been targeted for obliteration. However, something is preventing it from outright turning earth into dust, a phenomenon that puzzles and disturbs the Judge greatly. Something then forced it to the planet's surface, something that robbed it of most of it's power. Emerging from a massive crater, the Judge began a slow and determined eradication of human supers, and has already claimed the lives of Narto, Cosmic Avenger, Sentinel, Orion, Nefario and many others.
Superpowers: The Primordial Judge travels on eight spider-like legs, each containing a repulser field, granting it flight. In battle, the Primordial Judge wields a great glaive that fires blasts of matter-destroying energy.
Super Weakness: Unknown, it is however undoubtedly whatever downed the Primordial Judge in the first place.
