That... is completely freakin' amazing wazoo... my hat's off to you. Wow... just wow.

The voting thing is tough. I don't know how you loaded them but double-clicking on them does nothing, which is how one usually gets to the gallery to vote.

i cut the centra of the glass out with my GW knife with a fresh blade on, then i cut out little chips, making some big ones too, you must take your time doing this. then i scratched some lines in the glass to make it look like broken glass.

im not a computer wiz mate, when i post a pic, i post it in the DakkaDakka pic's place, then click on the photo, i get the URL thing, then past that into the image bit ([img ] like this [/img ]), then thats it, so if you know a better way mate, im all ear's

For washes you could look at the Les Bursley how to make washes in the tutorial section on DAKKA. Apparently they are fantastic washes, and easy/cheap to make.

If you are getting a gloss finish from the new GW shades, you're not mixing them up right, or putting them on too thick or something. It takes multiple, light layers to do it right. Gloss coats are not always a bad thing though. Be not afraid, since you can always dull them down (and should always).
