Is the tip of the halberd bent, or is it just the angle of the pic?
Also, i'd do something with the blade to make it stand out more.
Seems to blend in too much at the moment.

Only thing i cant work out is the wash over the gold
Sepia would be my 1st guess, but looks a tad darker so i'd say devlin, but not sure which of the 2 it is
And fair enough, i just thought his halberd was designed to hit people around corners

Looking very nice bubble, if your looking for some a little extra I'd recommend painting the eyes with a thin coat of gloss to make them shiny.
