I'm new to eldar but trying to make a competitive list, my first attempt, how can I improve it?

swap warp spiders for swooping hawks. Drop the d cannons on the Vaul Support batterys just use cookie cutter ones. Take either 3 3m Windriders or 2 5m Windrigers and get 2 Warlocks on bikes for them. Lastly if you want a blb squad of guardians they need a warloc too.

For your guardian defenders, don't mix weapons. Lances and scatter lasers are both great, but choose one option and take two.

You only really need nine windriders, and one big squad of nine is a bit overkill. Go six and three to get another scoring unit. Keep the cannons for the dakka.

I am not a fan of D-Cannons as they dramatically cut down your range and cost a LOT. If you downgraded the cannons to shadow weavers and dropped the 10th windrider, you could afford 3 more weavers. S6 rending is generally good enough unless your expecting a _wing army or multiple land raiders. With lances and fragons, you should be ok for the points.
