Hallowed is the All Pie The Before Times: A Place That Celebrates The World That Was
As far as I knew, they were planning on putting what had been made of Season 6 on TV in 'early 2014'. I'm seriously annoyed if it's netflix only, as I'm a huge fan of the series and have been waiting for the conclusion.
I know other shows have been Netflix-only in the past, do they tend to get DVD releases at all?
EDIT: for some reason, it's getting a TV screening in Germany (started today actually) but nowhere else. Odd, and slightly very irritating.

If it does well it will probably get a DVD release. They can use the view stats to gauge interest. Alternatively, they might just be thinking "screw it, lets just put whats left of this show on the net somewhere and be done with it."

This is annoying for me.
Largely because we know what has to happen. Asoka has to die. And Anakin needs to get over it before the story ends so he is relatively collected by the time ROTS rolls around.

I agree, no ending for Maul is hugely annoying, especially given the end of Series 5 and Sidious's 'plan'. Are we sure the Maul arc isn't in series 6 as well as the comic?
To be honest, I'm fairly satisfied with the ending for Ashoka, leaving the Jedi order was a good enough ending for me. What I'd be more interested in seeing is where Ventris goes now, some kind resolution to the Mandalore arc (even with Maul of of the equation they're still in the middle of a civil war), and I'd also like Captain Rex to meet his end, just because the idea of him going evil with Order 66 is worse, given how much of an awesome character he is.

Like a lot of Season 6, the conclusion to the Maul arc was at least worked out. Chances are some preliminary work had been done, or even script writing/voice recordings, but they were canned before they could finish it.

Forgot about some of those.
1. No end to Ventriss' arc.
2. No end to Rex's arc.
3. No resolution to the Mandalore stuff.
4. No end to the Maul arc.

Thanks Disney.
Yeah, I was just wishlisting to be honest. I imagine most if not all of those would have been in S6, which is why the cancellation is so annoying. To leave so many great characters and arcs hanging is just beyond terrible. Characters like Rex and Ventriss grew so much from S1-5, it's such a shame they won't get the resolution they deserve. I'm only up to the middle of Season 2 watched, but hearing the whole no ending thing makes me unsure if I want to continue.
No idea about the comic, but I would heartily advocate keeping watching. It does get a bit wierd in the latter half of S3, for reasons I won't say for fear of spoiling it, but there are a few crackers in there, and 4+5 have some of the best SW material ever produced.

I hope so. He was my favorite new character! (Ahsoka was meh for me) and he had such a nice hat!.
Fun fact! I approached a hat making company that did custom orders about making a full size Cad Bane hat. Anyone wanna guess the price tag?
Spoiler:
$2500! Apparently they would have had to create a custom hat brim mold or something that would have jacked up the price. Oh well...

Yeah, the Season 3 has some weird episode in there that just aren't good (the absolute nadir being the one on Mandalore with the poison tea). Thankfully they saw how bad the reaction to that was and Season 4 and 5 were awesome.

Is it bad that I still want one? To quote Bane himself: 'what are you lookin' at? It's a nice hat.' Agreed about Bane being the best of the new characters. Rex and Fives are also up there (I love the Cadets-Rookies-Arc Troopers arc).

The Mandalore one was pretty poor (although I loved the Mandalore stuff in S2, 4 and 5), I was more thinking about the Dathomir stuff. Come on guys, the force is not magic and Star Wars doesn't need witches or wood elves. On the plus side, we got Maul and Savage out of that, so I won't complain too much.
To be honest, I wasn't a fan of most of the Senate-based episodes, but there were far fewer of those in 4-5.

To be fair, the Dathomir Force Witches existed in the EU for over a decade(Courtship of Princess Leia, 1994) before they were used in Clone Wars.

Fair enough, I wasn't aware of that. I just think they went over-the-top with the whole 'force=magic' thing, especially with all that green glowy stuff and teleporting. Then there was all the stuff with the zombie witches and laser-bows that just took it too far for me. If the concept already existed then I can see why they used it, but I'm just not a fan.

They(and David Blaine) don't like it when you refer to their rituals and miracles as "magic".

While I accept that the force as a concept is somewhat mystical, it was just the inclusion of 'magic words' and glowy energy stuff that annoyed me. Like I say, I appreciate some may like the concept, but I personally just didn't like it.

Well, as a mystical energy flow you would assume it could be channeled with the proper objects.

Tots.
I want to know when they're gonna sell the good Clone Wars TV Series (and NO Amazon, your insane prices don't count!). Namely this one;
Given its been on YouTube for years and Cartoon Network doesn't give a damn XD

Is that original Clone Wars particularly expensive on Amazon, then? I have both parts, and while I vastly prefer the newer one, I have to say that version is pretty cool, especially the bits with Kit Fisto's underwater combat and General Grievous's first appearance.
Bloody hell, that's expensive. Oddly enough, you can get them on Amazon.co.uk for around £7.99 (part 1) and £15.99 (part 2). I genuinely have no idea why they're so expensive stateside, it's baffling.
Curse them!We hates them!Nasty Disney steals three seasons from us and then puts the ones they've completed on a thing I can't watch? We hates them Forever!...I have season one and two already.Might as well get the rest before they reach old clone wars series prices...Gollum,Gollum...
