Ok so wanting to start a minotaur army and I just got 10 assault terminators so was just wondering what should I equip them with? 10 TH/ SS, 10 LC or 5 of each? Im tempted to have 10 TH/ SS with Moloc but seeing as I want this to be my competitive army I wanted the communities input.

I find th/ss on 4 with lightening claws for the sarge is a good loadout. The sarge can challenge out and kill any one or sometimes 2 wound characters wielding unwieldy ap2 weapons that can threaten the squad. (I say threaten the squad... but tbf their durability only halves against ap2 weapons, going from a 2+ to a 3++).

Aye I hear ya, the thing is though I'm not too much of a fan of mixing up weapons in squads unless I absolutely have to, plus I remember back in the day of fighting 5 TH/ SS termies with a chaplain and that was a brick of a unit... so I'm thinking of it one step further

Mm, I can see my wording could have been better. By saying "one of each" i meant a 5-man of SS/ TH and a 5-man of LC. The weapons are too different in what they are used against, so mixing squads is generally unfavorable.

10 TH/SS with Moloc and some other guy you can squeeze in stuffed into a Spartan Assault tank.
Because there's no party like a full assault terminator squad in a melta-proof box party.

If you're going to split the number of weapons, I like a 3/2 split of TH/SS to Claws.
In 10man, 6 TH/SS and 4 Claws.
As a general rule, for TH/SS squads, I love taking a Chaplain. Every hit counts with them, you don't want to miss.

Like the above I would go for 3 TH and 2 Claws, then you are not stuck hitting last with everything.

I'd say go all TH/SS. Moloc will beast mode many units with his 5 (if he charges) I5 S6 AP2 attacks. LC I've been pretty unimpressed with. Also remember that if you are fighting SM than you'll have PE. I've been running moloc with only 5 TH/SS terminators and the unit is ridiculously good at killing anything I can get them to. However, I cart them around in a crusader. I do agree that they should be split up though for the sake of getting them some metal boxes. Btw what does the rest of your army look like?

Currently its a slow project (as i'm gonna finish painting other armies and games before continuing on with my Minotaurs) at the moment I only have 10 Assault Terminators, I am going to get Moloc next and after that two TAC squads with Meltas and multi-meltas in drop pods.
My intention for the army ios to go very heavy drop pod assault, this is because I have always wanted a drop pod army ever since the plastic kit was released as I love the idea of decending the angels of death, just like actrual angels of death, so add that with melta heavy (as my meta is very tank/ MC heavy) and I think I will have a rough decent force
I do have the problem of dealing with MC but my solution is to use a grav-heavy unit (such as the centurions) or a squad of sternguard with combi-gravs, what would you all suugest?

Grav centurions are amazing! However it's hard to put all of these pricey units in a TAC list. I did but I only run two scout squads as troops. Grav armed bikers would be pretty decent too. Heck, sniper scouts would work pretty well.

Since I'm about 2/3 of the way through building my own Minotaurs army, I may as well toss my hat into the ring: I am running 5 TH/SS Termies with Moloc in a Land Raider Redeemer/Crusader (haven't decided the type yet). Moloc's there to LOLNOPE his way through higher Initiative characters (and gain victory points in the doing) and the termies are there to beat on whatever Moloc isn't killing. I thought about running a couple with LC, but decided to go with more higher strength weapons, since I've got plenty of killing power for light vehicles and troops and need more high Str, AP 2.

I voted 5 of each. The TH/SS option is a little too pricey to justify putting it everywhere anymore. However, I recommend a bit more slanted split. I would personally go 3/2 between TH/SS and LC.

I'd go TH/SS all the way, how are you intending this unit get to beating face? You've got crusader to help if you're walking, alternatively spring for a spartan. I'd recommend taking a chaplain, or another beatstick CM (just call him a first company captain, or the next Moloc lol). But I'd say you'll want a second unit of assault termies for this guy, Moloc alone makes the first unit overkill for most things.
