Hello everyone, I have been looking into getting a tzeentch and khorne army together for Chaos daemons but sadly the solo herald of tzeentch is very expensive and i don't feel like buying 2 - 3 chariots just for the heralds. So i was wondering if there are any alternatives or if i am able to convert the screamers that pull the chariot into normal screamer units and perhaps even use the flamers as solo units and just do nothing with the chariot part :p.

If you think you can convert the models you own to accurately represent something else there is absolutely nothing stopping you.

Having a quick look at the sprues for the plastic Tzeentch chariot there should be no major problem with converting the screamers into normal ones (they will need a new base, and you will have to trim the fire/flames thing from their tails but else wise they are pretty standard).

You probably could also try to use the flamer model, but he might be a bit big, not sure how he compares to the standard ones.

The Fantasy WoC sorcerers work well as Tzeentch heralds. Converting the Screamers shouldn't be a problem, you would only need to clean up the tails a bit, or use spares from the regular ones.

Just checked the chariot sprues, the screamer bodies are identical to the regular ones so it would be much easier to just use spare tails from the normal ones. If you specifically want heralds on discs, you could go for a couple chariots plus a box of screamers.
