So what are your aspirations for this month? Paintin' them Astros? (that's my name for Astra Militarum)

Let us know what you're doing!

Here are my intended goals:

1. Finish up my 15 man Crusader Squad for my Black Templars
2. Finish up my 5 man Vanguard Veteran Squad for my Black Templars
3. Finish up my Captain for my Black Templars
4. Finish up 50 Points of Cygnar so I can help my buddy learn how to play
5. Put together a Stormraven for use with my black Templars
6. Put together a LRC for use with my Black Templars
7. Put together some Anima Tactics models I recently purchased
8. Cry in a corner because I won't get the above done

Keep it simple this time since I still have stuff to finish up for school the next two weeks:

1. Finish painting the rest of my PanO (that is finish up the Order Sergeants and start on the Sniper Rifle Nisse and Hexa).

2. Finish my min unit of Beast Handlers and the Willbreaker to finish up my 15 points for Skorne.

Stretch goals of sorts are paint the rest of my Chaos cultist and for Menoth, paint up the base of my multi-part Warjack and one configuration and paint Rhoven and friends.

Edit: Also build and paint two player characters: One for Shadowrun and the other for Exalted.

Have some aggressive goals this month:

1. 120 Tox Troopers to serve as guardsmen

2. 5 scouts and Tigurius

Stretch goal of finishing my leman russes

Just one goal:

To build and paint 1 box of XV8 Crisis Suits to 100% completion.

keeping it simple this month, since my social calendar's looking very full:

- complete the 10-man CSM squad that I started painting last month

I'm not going to bother listing a stretch goal, because it'll be a miracle if I even get this squad done

I'm able to coast a bit now. I've got a 500 point army done so there is nothing with a deadline. I can work on whatever tickles my fancy.

*** Paint up a 5 Model DW Squad (750 point upgrade to the 500 point army)

*** Finish painting a Manufactorum

*** Start on a home made Ruined Complex 2' x 2' square pannel (1st of 4 unique tiles i have in my brain!)

Next 40k game day is TBD.

Build and paint up 3 Killa Kans, build and paint 5 Burna Boys, and paint the ork half of Assault on Black Reach.

Build and paint my Storm Eagle, finish painting my Firestorm Redoubt scratch build, finish painting my Aegis defence line & quad gun, finally finish painting my 5 man scout squad, base everything and finish putting together my custom Bran Redmaw

The following:

Paint landraider crusader (yellow, dear god help me).
finish two tac squads, with bases and faces
Inqision warbands (lots of count as jokearo)
3 rihnos, (2 imp fist, 1 inq)

too much?

- Finish building the Assault Terminator squad
- Build the Sternguard squad that's been lying around for months
- Strip the paint from more Space Marines
- Start building the Deathwatch squad (Sternguard count as)
- Start building the Command Squad with Stormshields and Plasma/Melta

It looks like keeping the list short and vague works for me considering I managed to complete last months vows.

-Paint a few more BFG Imperials
-Paint a couple more Heresy Dark Angels
-Paint 1-2 more Mordians
and
-If given the chance and will, finish building three Chimeras.

I've got surgery and recovery for the last 2 weeks, which will either help or hinder, so here goes;

If it helps;
1. Finish my current UM test squad
2. Finish my Hobbit heroes
3. Finish my Hobbit set

If it hinders
1. Finish my UM test squad

I think I should set modest goals. I assembled some Flames of War Hetzers the other day, so I will paint those up and I have two 15mm scale laser cut damaged buildings to assemble. So I shall do that. They are pre-painted but I will probably add some more paint to them and some details to make them look even more war torn.

Alright, kind of a change here. Since I cannot really get my hands on the model I want to use for my Shadowrun character, I am switching to painting up eEryiss for a Warmahordes league I am part of.

I'm replacing all my goals for this month with one goal:

Get my hobby area cleaned up. Because of a recent computer build project I have the desk littered with boxes, packing material, parts, and tools... I totally can't get anything done.

To finish my sterguard sqaud that's taken me 5 hours each.

HA!! Good one Djphranq, building a new computer is fun and exciting, exspecially when you fire it up for the first time. Just not when you turn around and see the piles of extra screws, hardware and boxes big enough to ship car parts in that only had a processor in it.

On topic, I finished basing my Airlanding Platoons and painted up the first platoon. Now I just need to paint four BFG ships and then I will find something else to paint for the remaining two weeks of this month as nice little stretch goal.

The only thing I want to do this month is finish converting and painting my Imperial Knight.

I want to do some natural art work in this month.

Ermmm considering that it is over half way through May not a lot -_-' I am building the remainder of my warp talons and spray painting those along with my new helldrake, preditor, squad of terminators and my terminator sorceror lord ready for my first ever battle of 40K in a tag team tournament with my bf and his dark angels...chaos and dark angels teaming up should be interesting once that has been completed I will then have the time to start painting my new models and build others that I haven't even touched yet lolz

Alright, I finished all my main goals and now moving onto my stretch goals now.

I will be starting an Ork Army in the comming weeks where every model will be converted with its own individual look and stance, and hopefully I will come up with a name for all of them

Going to be one hell of a ride, I will plog it when I get the supplies.

There was another 2 tanks and a drop pod. For a total of around 2700 points in1 week filtered in around exams and revising lol

Got 1,2, and 3 done... going to try to go for 5 and 6.. The non-black templar stuff I'll save for June.

unsurprisingly, my CSM squad is still in progress. not a banner month of progress, this month of May... oh well, gives me an easy goal for next month :p
