I believe you might have misunderstood the leaked data...It states the FOC is out the window but not the ally matrix...so one ally per primary detachment...at least that is what i read...so more like...

It says nothing in unbounded about being able to feild every available race. You still can only ally in one other (even though you can have as much of this ally as points allow, also can have unlimited legion and inquistor). Still cant do a total mix up :/

Nah,better to take O'Vesa, join him to the Centurion unit to tank wounds, and replace Tigrus with a Farseer. Another option would be to make room for Fateweaver and some Heralds, and get your centstar some 2++ re-rollabale saves.

You can't give cents a 2++ but you can make it a 4++ re rollable.

I heard you will only be able to ally one race thats including inquiz and legion now

I think building lists for a rumoured ruleset that isn't even out yet is a bit pointless. Keep your fantasise in your head until you have something more concrete to work with. Otherwise, you're just wasting time and effort.

And, as stated above, it's called "Unbound," not "Apocalypse."

You do realize that its not mere speculating. That would be the thread about completely made up 40k rumors. This is a list (wrong though) formed from more than just a rumor, evidence. And while it may not say the exact wording of the rule, it says it pretty clearly.
