Subject: Any suggestions for plastic injection mold companies?

I'm looking to mass produce a hard plastic case and am wondering if any dakka-ites were able to point me towards a company or companies who have experience in case production or are able to recommend a factory/company that they've worked with.

Hard plastic case?
Do you have anything you can point to as a design intent?
We've used Philly Case in the past for flight cases. They dont do injection molds though, but then a lot of the plastic you see isnt injection molded. Roto molds and blow molds are pretty common for big plastic items...much cheaper to produce as well. Chopper gun fiberglass is another common method (hand layed being better...but not suited for mass production).
In anycase, if you have more information on what you want to produce, it will be easier to point in the right direction. Big plastic that is actually injection molded though is going to be limited to a fewer number of companies (need presses that can move that much plastic) and the tools needed to create them will cost a bit (couple of really big chunks of steel needed to make them).

I was thinking of something more along the lines of this:
someone who'd be able injection mold this... Wargames Factory?

Do you have the tooling for it or are looking for someone who will do the whole thing from start to finish? The process essentially involves someone rendering the product in a 3D software package, someone else then uses another program to design the tool to make it, the tool is then cast and finally, it can be used to produce the product. But is is very unlikely that any injection moulding company will do the tooling in-house; they send that stuff out to be done and it is a very costly process - not something you would do on a whim.

Renders does many companies plastic casting, so you could get a lot from them.
