So I'm trying to find some longswords that are sheathed to add to my storm wardens veterans as they all carry ceremonial claymore swords but I can't seem to find any anywhere!? Thanks

The Sternguard box has a hand on the hilt of a sheathed sword I think. Sicarius has one too.
Oh claymores? I don't know any proper 2-handed swords in sheaths in 40K

Catachan Command squads have these pretty big "knives" that look more like swords. Might find them on Ebay.

I used them on my marbo.

There is always the Fantasy battle range (a sword is a sword is a sword when all is said and done) or these from anvil industries.

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

Scout bikers have sheathed swords IIRC. Not huge ones, but bigger then knives.

Have you looked into the fantasy range? There are a few models that have sheathed swords. Some rather decorated ones are coming from the high elfs. (Sorry for germans links, but the pictures on the page are nice.)

Those are from the caledor dragon prince (or whatever they are caled in english) Not claymore sized but nice looking swords. You might get them in a normal bits shop in your area/ebay.

Simple longswords are pretty easy to do yourself with plasticard. 2mm thick stuff should do the trick, or a couple of layes of thinner stuff.

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

The chaos warrior set has a few I think. With a little trimming they could work.

Yeah, I'd go for the catachan bitz.

Otherwise, this would be a very, very easy scratchbuild. Get yourself some plasticard, and cut it in the shape of a scabbard. Add the handle from one of your regular guard combat knives (these can be picked up super cheap as bitz if for some reason you don't have any). Glue the handle to the plasticard. Done.

It might be a bit easier if you took two piece of plasticard and laminated them rather than trying to cut through a bigger piece, and once you have the main scabbard done you can always add a little bit of detail, but the bulk of it should be pretty easy.
