I was thinking of getting some blood angel stuff to ally in (storm raven, fragioso, death company and dreadnought) and was curious about what the actual fluff is. Only thing I could find is the rivalry between da and sw. We seem to be neutral to everyone else. Don't want to buy the stuff if it doesn't really fit fluff.

the dark angels tend to be a little parionoid of everyone, despiratly afraid someone will find out their deep dark secrect.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Yeah, you don't see dark angels calling in other chapters to be buddy buddy, usually its some small DA band joining another chapter.

Depends on the mission.

If they are chasing a Fallen, the Dark Angels would probably not anyone around.

If it is for something else, I don't see much of a deal.

Both chapters know somethings wrong with eachother, just can't put their finger on exactly what it is. Would likely be wary but willing to help eachother.

As far as I know the only Chapter they have issues with are the Space Wolves and even then it's just a rivalry.

Maybebboth a bit wary, and cautious of death company/fallen aspects but both a loyalists of first founding. No reason for them not to fight together.

Even the space wolves and dark anglels can fight together and prove extremely dangerous, I believe one book puts them at more than the sum of there parts.

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

FudgeDumper - It could be that you are just so uncomfortable with the idea of your chapters primarch having his way with a docile tyranid spore cyst, that you must deny they have any feelings at all.

During 2nd edition they shared a codex book called Angels of Death. Even though it was really two books in one, and didn't indicate any specific association between the chapters, it's quite a good name thematically for an army that contains both.
