Props for actually citing Final Fantasy Tactics' Soundtrack. It's absolutely amazing.
However, I find that it suits Warhammer Fantasy much better than it could ever suit Warhammer 40k, in any occasion.

My Daemons march to war to Venetian Snares(Usually My Downfall but if I'm in a particularly brutal mood Meathole, or even Winnipeg is a Frozen  Hole) If you are unfamiliar to Venetian Snares, he's a techno artist from Canada. His work sounds as if music could actually come alive and try to kill you. I've only met a handful of people other then myself who could handle it.
My Tau's official anthem is Ween's If you could save Yourself (You'd Save Us All.)
Of course I've also found that The Mars Volta works for just about anything.
