When in the bathroom while someone is gaking, remain silent and unassuming, continuing on with your business. BUT, when it comes time to leave, simply open the door and close it again while remaining in the bathroom. This will trick the person into thinking you've left, and they'll no doubt unleash a maelstrom of feces that they had been holding back in your presence.
