Nice work on that board, I agree that its perhaps on the costly side, but it still has some major advantages over a home made board.

It's easy to disassemble, transport, and store (which was a major issue for me in my old house when i built even a small 4x4 textured board from wood and builders materials), and its also very light!

When I built a board for home use it had a wooden frame, chipboard top, household filler, sand, insulating foam... that all added up to a considerable weight and it couldn't fold down into a nice little bag either!

Bought them from Micheal's on Clearence after X-mas. Got two bags (which is all the trees you see there) for like $5.

Ive been waiting for you to finish, well done

Its been sunny for two days here, but ive had to work on both of them, I just sat looking out of the window thinking I could be flocking my ROB now :(

Oh flock it, I just want it done now

Not to derail the thread but the best way to put snow on trees is to heavily spray hair spray on the tree then sprinkle snow on the tree to your liking. Let dry spray again to seal the flocking.
