I generally kill them with storm guardians.

The Avatar of Khaine. The amount of damage-soaking (especially with Fortune!) and morale-boosting it provides to the Eldar army is incredible and it can wipe out most identical-cost units it fights when it gets into an assault.

As much as I want to say a unit in one of my army's.... From what I see in pure omg retardedness:

- #1 Assualt terminators (adding lysander makes me want to burn space marine codex's)

- #2 Fatechanger or weaver (or whatever its called) rerolling all saves is survivability at its core

but for point for point value

- Broodlord; his stat line is O.o for like 96 pts
-dire avengers also are fairly nice for what they cost
-and of course regular orc boyz are awesome for 6 pts each

People ask if playing as the witch hunters, tyranids, and warriors of chaos gives me mixed feelings.. In which I judge them for their "crimes" (burning them guilty or not), declare it in the name of the gods, then digest them back into the bio-goodness..

Rhino is the best unit space marines have. It protects your troops with a hard candy shell. It also blocks los to protect objectives or other troops. Its cheap only 35pts with smoke. Also tank shocking is great for getting units off objectives. Also it's such a low priority target for your opponent it's great to zoooom up and contest with

Unit of 10 Wraithguard to count as troops...with the Spirtseer and attached Farseer.

Yeah it's a lot of points. But with conceal and fortune going...toughest troop in the game to move off an objective.

i agree but its not quite right ... what you should have said is a blood angels rhino at 40pts. For that extra 5pts you have a transport that is, half the time, a fast vehicle (ok 1/6 of the time it stalls)

I would rather keep the 5 points and have a standard rhino that won't stall one the last turn and lose me the game

in which case don't use the over charge engines. Using them is completely optional

SM Dreadnought is my favorite all around piece. I love how it looks and plays, it's an all around champ.

My 2nd favorite is the Shadowsword though I'm nervous about everyone trying to kill it every turn. Sure it's difficult to kill but all it takes is three lucky rolls...

Oh, and of course Oddball's Tank. It's LRBT powered by good vibes with 3 sprues of accessory junk and crewed by dirty hippies.

For SoB Sisters Repentia is a fun squad. They're crazy, scantily clad but still get armor saves like they were fully protected Marines and carry over-sized chainswords. (Sounds like their slutty ex to some I'm sure)

I have a couple favorite units. Seer Council on jetbikes with fortune for sheer survivability, erase gun wielding wraithguard squads, and plain old tactical squads for their flexibility.

SM Devastator squad. Whenever I play on a table where there is no room for tanks, I take 3 Dev squads and just have a party.

Tech marines are also a personal fav. And with the addition of the Master of the Forge, my dream army is almost complete.
