I don't smoke, take illicit substances, or eat lots of unhealthy food either, so I can't see much of a problem.

People are like dice, a certain Frenchman said that. You throw yourself in the direction of your own choosing. People are free because they can do that. Everyone's circumstances are different, but no matter how small the choice, at the very least, you can throw yourself. It's not chance or fate. It's the choice you made.

Yeah, you've because awfully boring lately, Cheese. What happened to the pointless flaming? Telling us all your little problems like certain other frequent users of the OT thread? What's with the continual display of your moral positions? At this rate you're going to be dead by year's end.

Oh wait, adolescence... Nevermind.

I was under the impression that people wanted me to change, to avoid a repetition of the flamewars that I used to have with people in OT.

Does that mean milk containing 1% fat?

British semi-skimmed milk contains 2% fat, which is half the amount of unskimmed milk.

I don't think anywhere sells gold top nowadays.

D: Any milk with fat grosses me out ( especially when microwaved ) .

My friends and relatives from asia always ask me why i prefer milk that taste like water over the creamy goodness ( they like the high fat milk )

Milk with no fat exists, but it doesn't taste very good IMO.

My brother drinks skimmed milk (under 1% fat.) I think it tastes like chalky water.

I tease him about drinking vitamin reduced milk. A lot of the vitamins in milk are fat soluble, so by skimming the milk you reduce the vitamins.

YO DAKKA DAKKA!

I drink normal milk, rice milk and lactose-free milk, but not in order to achieve any dietary benefit. They're just what I prefer. Lactose-free milk is often treated with lactase to break the lactose down into its constituent simpler sugar compounds, making it taste sweetened. Rice milk is a bit watery but I use it in cooking a lot to avoid the problems that milk fat can have at high temperatures. Bovine milk without the fat just tastes strange.

Its suprising how fallable some of their research is with very little proof to back up their claims.
