Tanith first and only would be my choice.

Just a bit worried GW might ruin them.

Steel Legion aren't greatcoats!!111!!

They're standard field jackets. Heck, I have one that I used to play paintball in that's the exact same length.

Of the field jacket?

Any M-65 styled or Algerian field jacket has roughly the same length as a Steel Legionnaire uniform jacket.

Heck, the Cadian figures have the same length jacket, just is belted in a different place or the subject in question is taller or otherwise proportioned.

Ah. Well, for those of you wanting to make Steel legion from Cadians, here.

The same could be used for Valhallans

No, Valhallans have greatcoats
And it almost looks like the length of the Steel Legion coat indicates it more to be like the SS/Falschirmjager's camo smocks that they wore over their uniforms.

But that's just the historical modeller in me talking.

Well, all you would have to do is extend the edge of the coat, and maybe use some Crapachan heads.

I think it would be nice if they made a Conversion kit, which would include a model or pic of the different Models that we are talking about.

There would be different sets, like a Steel Legion Conversion set, which would have some heads, GS, Guns, a Razor saw, and a Sculpting tool.

Then the rest would have the same, some few exceptions, such as the Vostroyans, as they are too complicated.

Also, Vostroyan players could use this guys Idea.

Though I think that with some patience, a Phile, and some GS, you could take the Cadian Command Sprue and use one of the officer torsos as the basis of the Valhallan body, and then its just use some cadian pieces and GS from there.

Also, here are all the regiments in the Armageddon campaign.

Also, I think I would change my mind to Valhallans.
