I think that if people rely solely on lottery tickets and just try to get lucky (i.e. no job, etc) then in general that's just not right... Then again, it's their money, other people choose to smoke or drink or, say, buy plastic men. So who's to judge? If they win, yay. If they lose, it's their money.
