If you have a different set of restrictions in mind, too bad.
Well, seeing as how it is my thread, that probably makes it my restrictions. Don was saying how it was done in his area, which is useful in the terms of this discussion. yours is just taking it off topic and kind of whiny and not the least bit constructive.

Really?
I see the topic as "Sideboards for your lists at tourneys" in Dakka Discussions as a *general* discussion.
If you want people to pat your back, and ban general discussion post it as "Somnicide's idea for sideboards" under Proposed Rules.
Otherwise, why don't you stop the whiny, non-constructive posts?

Mostly just ban negative people who only complain. Take that for what you will.

Discussions do tend to sometimes wander away from where we originally intended them. Given that the original post was asking about a more general idea, it's reasonable for people to suggest and discuss alternatives.
If you have a specific sideboard rule that you would like discussed, Proposed Rules is probably the place to go.
Meanwhile, to everyone concerned, let's all keep this on topic and lay off the personal gibes, hmm?

I voted no - a good all comers list, even against a poor matchup, can do well in good hands - and an unusual list can throw out people who are only expecting to deal with the cookie cuts and give them an advantage - see HardBoyz results.
The most determining factor in almost any game is the person holding the dice, and moving the men.
