Maybe 200 dollars or so in total, about 100 in january due to my birthday, and another hundred a week ago due to christmas. :3

And so the cycle continues.

Hi

My budget records show that I spent $5667.17 gaming last year (and here I thought that tracking it would help me spend less). That does not include tournament entry fees, meals or hotel costs associated with any events. However, it does include $800 in Forgeworld that I have used for prize support for events I run. So I would say that $5600 is pretty accurate overall for spending on "me".

Key items that I spend my money on:
1 Reaver Titan
1 Warboss Biker & 6 Nob Bikers from Forgeworld
$1000 building a table for Games Day Toronto
Anything Skorne that was released in the last year
A Searforge Commission Warmachine Army
Small additions to any of my dozen Fantasy/40K Armies.
All new army books and codexes for WFB and 40K.

Cheers,
Carlos the Craven

I voted $500 to 1,000, though it's probably more. Bought a new Tyranid army, but it's my first all-new army in long time, and it was bought at 25-30% off. Cleaned out some old Skaven, and bought some Undead zombie boxes. Oh, and five boxes of Black Reach, at the "standard" 20% discount.

I bought a two-year WD sub last year, so I'm good, and the only other major hobby purchase is a ton of Robogear on clearance.

Last year was mostly a ton of Reaper figs, this year is Robogear, with some clearance Starship Troopers mixed in.

Amazing how I'll buy the clearance stuff first, then GW. About the only thing I've been happy paying retail prices for is some RT plastic beakies on ebay.

My game allowance that I give myself is $40 a month. Usually this is spent on paints and the odd box of models, but sometimes I add a couple of months together and get something big.

I've just spent my December, January, February and most of March on Warmachine Elves, and I'll probably spend April as well when the MK2 rulebook comes out. Oh well, guess I won't get any new IG until the summer.

Even if I had the money I couldn't spend more than 1000 UK pounds in a year.

Would be fun to tho!

I do not own a shop. I'm most assuredly not lying. I can for sure say I'm cutting back in 2010. Maybe

Well seeing as I'm just starting the hobby, the first thing i wanted was a chapter battle company. so i have spent around $1500 maybe in models alone. I know i have the tools around $200 but i don't have paint yet. So the total would be around 1700- 1800ish. I'd have to ask the wife.

Mos of my money has gone towards GK's. Because they are all metal blisters or expensive box sets that has put my total up despite not really buying much.

I also own alot of LOTR minatures. And a few army few army figure cases which put the total up.

I do almost all of my purchases online from GW directly. I hate it when I log in there, that they show me a list of all the orders I've placed there. It's like they are trying to tell me: STOP! You've got enough stuff for now.

Somewhere around 3.5K, but I'm counting the money I spent getting them painted as well. In models alone it's about half that.

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

Originally I thought - not allot, but then I remembered this lot:

Mega Paint set
All things Dark Heresy & WHFRP 2nd Edition
Rogue Trader Collectors Edition x3 [don't ask!]
Some FW Epic Baneblades [when I heard they were being stopped]
Spulk
IG Codex
A couple of white dwarfs
Planetstrike + Planetary Empires + Mighty Empires
Talisman

So between $600 and $700 I reckon. Not a great deal of Wargaming stuff but enough to prep a big push in 2010.

Now where to get an Airbrush and some biggerised Spess Mareenz?

I spent 120 GPB on GW storage alone. The models, the books, the terrain... I could have paid off my credit card by now... but I would have been very sad.

Around $950. I started orks late 2008 and never got to buying anything for them thanks to my tau army. That all changed when a friend (who is in the army and I never get to see) brought up the idea for a 6500 point battle... So I have been trying to meet the dead line. he gets back state side in late June, so I have a month left to paint the last 30 boys from my splurging. Oh yeah and I started a Necron army too.
