Unfortunately I have just discovered that the healthy fresh fruit and yoghurt I had for breakfast today has given me the runs, so I am up to three craps so far and a good chance of a couple more during the course of the evening.

My dilemma now is how to effect a cure.

The wife would advise no alcohol and bland rice kayu porridge for dinner, which is what I had last night. I am wondering whether to fight fire with fire and have a curry and a bottle of wine.
