Well to the wicked long argument in the 2nd page here lol the necrons would have to win, no matter what, the tyranids would end up just dying of starvation or whatever and the necrons would just keep walking forward, all the do is repair or reappear from a near by monolith. The nids have to send more troops in till a point where they can only muster gaunts, when that happens there will be no more fex's or queens or phants, they wont have the power to over come so they would just go dormant and crons would pylon them, anyways if it ever got to just two, im sure eldar or dark elder will be hiding somewhere in the web way making their powers stronger or re populating to take out whos left, if the warp was closed chaos would be sol for a while till they figured out how to open it, space marines couldnt continually fight off nids, the imperium of man would shrivel up and be wiped out leaving tau to either run or die, the nds yea they are strong but only until they are forced to face crons, who knows whats buried under the dead worlds we've only seen the first awakening and if there was a synapse creature on the field the c'tan would try to find a way to take it out ..anyways there is my two cents.
