Here's a few pictures of everything thrown together. I'm hoping it doesn't look as good as I would like it to because there's still plenty of painting that needs to be done on various things: turrets, crates, weathering on everything, other tedious things I can't think of right now. All the construction is almost done. All except a flag (with a holder) on the upper part in front of the building... which I can't decide if I want to do or not.

I also can't decide if I want to throw ultra fine detail items throughout the piece; this could include, but wouldn't be limited to:
-bullet holes on walls
-blood splatter marks
-bullet casings
-rifle racks with/without rifles in them

Oh, and as far as models for scale goes that will have to wait for another day. I don't own a single warhammer model. I'll borrow a few from the friend I'm making the terrain for and get a few pictures taken by this weekend hopefully.

Awesome work there man , Detail is king when it comes to authentic terrain.
Can't wait to see what you can do when you have some models to convert/base/paint!

Excellent! we need more terrain blogs!!

What intrigues me a little is why not use some readily available GW terrain to save time, gain extra detail and produce double the amount of great terrain in the same time?

Is it weird that this piece of terrain arouses me slightly?

Incredible - should be aMAZing for kill team! Was really fun watching this develop so far, you've really blown my expectations out of the water!

Sort of reminds me of a Tracy Island (? - the thunderbirds one) playset my friend had when I was a kid. Was super jealous of it then, and I'm super jealous of this now!

Looks awesome so far , I agree for the turrets using the 40k weapons themselves would tie it in better with the 40k universe . Looking forward to see more .

I think what's most amazing is that he (I'm assuming so at least...) doesn't own anything 40k...

My theory is that it'd increase the overall cost too much.
