After we all over looked Drk_O's craziness last time, we'll have to keep a closer eye on it. It seems clever though as it's a kind of disruption. The randomness making it hard to find any patterns if they're careful enough. I wouldn't be surprised if shas'o vera actually turned out to be one of the Dark Kin, yet there isn't enough of a pattern to go by yet.

Now any chance of him continuing in his so far suspicious voting pattern is unlikely. The best case scenario is that we've scared this foolish pup of a guardian into behaving sensibly and actually contributing to the discussion. The worst case scenario is that you've warned a dark kin of thier incriminating behaviour. Regardless, I will be keeping a very close eye on this fella.

Just mentioning that someone is suspicious should be a cue for them to look at their previous behaviour and try to correct the problem leading to suspicion. Of course heading 100% in the opposite direction is actually suspicious as well. If they truely are guilty they'll slip up several other times, depending on how clever they are will determine how obvious it is.

I don't doubt that the first kill will be an innocent.

Doing it with little to no evidence is risky at this time as it draws a lot of attention to yourself, and it's not good to start a bandwagon this early. Also the average player will wait a bit longer than you did to start accusing, so you are my number one suspect right now

Unvote: Vulkan_He'stan

Vote: avantgarde

I didn't realise Avantgarde was quick in voting for people - it IS the random voting stage, remember, and he voted on his 3rd or 4th post, after some jokey ones. I personally don't see that as overly suspicious. Currently I'm leaning towards Bishop and Shas'o, but they're not really suspicious enough to garner a vote just yet.

Oooh, and unvote: Mekboy cause it was just a jokey thing in the first place

I can hardly see how Avantgarde is suspicous, he looks like he has potential to be a threat to the Dark Kin, maybe that is what Arheiner is getting at!

Who knows, but I still want an explantion from Shas'o or he's getting my vote.

Well are you going to explain your bandwagon vote?

I can see two thing, either he's a new player who bandwagoned without knowing it was bad/didn't mean too. Or he's a dark kin who slipped up.

OT: In the first, many people will see you as being too defensive and suspicious anyway so it often ends badly. Bandwagoning early doesn't help though oddly more experienced players get away with it.

Unvote: avantgarde

I may be misguided as I see now in thinking that he is one of our traitor-kin yet I still have an eye on him, and i'll see him as suspicious if he continues like this, no-one votes for him and he doesn't die in the first night.

Judging from past experience with Shas'o, he can be fairly erratic so I'm not going to put too much store into his inability to defend himself adequately. Of course, this idea itself is possibly foolish as he could be hiding genuine sinister intent under genuine foolishness.

I'm actually suspicious of Arheiner. From where I'm standing, it looks like he decided to respond to Avantegardes zealotry with his own. And zealotry was Arheiner's explanation for zealously pursuing Avantgarde.

Yes, Arheiner did use some weird logic there.... I'll be keeping my eye on him, but apart from that. I can't see anything else that's too suspicous.

I still want an explanation from Shas'o, or atleast an explanation for why he felt Mekboy seemed like a dark eldar. I'll let him off this time, but he can't claim ignorance next time he slips up, I'm afraid.... If he slips up.

I have been watching people carefully, but have never played this before, I figured by pointing votes at people they might say something interesting. At such an early stage I expect no votes to target the Dark Kin successfully (except by pure luck), but by flailing we can begin to add reactions on top of each other for later days.

I've probably just done it clumsily. I believe I am currently not voting for anyone, and I shall hold off further votes for now and continue to see what deeper minds make of all this.

Time is the only thing an Eldar truly has, after all. It must all be put to the very best use.

Oh, and in answer to this, I point out that when I voted for him I thought he was being too deep about it all, but then it was pointed out, directly following Mekboys vote for me, that he was a good player, so I reacted to that post, not at the vote.

Lord-Loss, isn't the stage called the random voting stage? alll i was doing is what the stage is called, randomly voting

Saying it's a random vote is not an adequate excuse behind a scummy vote.

Just becuase it is the random voting stage, (which I've never really felt accurate to call it) doesn't mean that every vote is random...

Regardless, it's good to finally hear some sense from you.

@n0t_u: Exactly, the "Main Probing Phase". (Of course, probing votes occur throughout the entirety of the day) 'Random' voting doesn't really help anyone if no one follows up on it. In fact, just randomly throwing votes out at whoever and whatever (later in the day) can confuse things and cause angst, something that no doubt benefits our dark kin.

Rarely.... very rare...

But Shas'o, why would you randomly vote for someone who is already been voted for? Thats dangerous.... and looks very scummy.

So far we have a deranged Vulkan who is talking about some strange "darko" who or whatever that is.

We have the crazy pelvic thrusting trooper who is calling us all dark kin...

Anyone else see anyone suspicous?
