Okay, just re-watched Cloverfield, I take back what I said, this time it really sucked me in from the first "earthquake" to the end. Weird that it didn't catch my eye at all the first time....

Close, but no cigar. According to the official Godzilla compendium, he has had several distinct phases. Over time he gradually grew to match the scale of the world around him. There were three sizes of Godzilla that varied based on director and time period initially, though we got another size class leading up to Final Wars.

I remember in electronic gaming monthly a few years back they did a feature on some kaiju wrestling federation or somehting like that. IIRC they mentioned a doctor with a box for a head and a space-potato man. Ringing any bells for anyone?

Slightly OT, did anyone else play the original Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters on the Gamecube? Single player was so so, but get 3 or 4 people playing and it was 14 different types of win.

No, and that picture tells me that was a wise choice Was to busy with things like Twisted metal around then :3

Rodan was so broken! He had a 100% damage combo :( There was no way to break out.

I finally watched the clip from FINAL WARS were Godzilla meets his American version - quite funny, and quite telling in terms of what the creators of the true Godzilla think of him too!
