My Ork army (well not really, used someone elses minis. But it was my list) was totalled by Horde Guard.

Turn 1 - Mass fire destroys everything on my side of the table, with the exception of my warboss and his Nobz (he killed two nobz, forcing an LD test).

I promptly roll two 6's the boss and hos boyz fleeing off of the table.

I didn't get to fire a shot, move a mini, anything.

In the space of 12 minutes I had unpacked and deployed my army, lost the roll for first turn, failed every armour save/cover save, failed a LD test and packed my army back up. I shook his hand and died a little bit inside
