Never done it, nor come close. Possibly because I use the same glass in the same place for painting all the time, and rarely drink at the table. When I do have a drink it is never in the location brush automatically moves towards.

Which is good, because I learnt to paint on watercolours and so rarely have thick muck that cannot be mistaken for water.

I mistook my paint water cup for my cup of tea, and took a large gulp before I realised what happened.

Also, after washing the brushes, I lick them to get them to a point, so I've probably drunk a bit more by that then.
