Trooper Virgil lay on his bunk whilst reading a book. The uplifting primer of the imperial guardsman. Not that exciting literature, but it had to do for now. He sipped his Lho stick again. He stopped reading for a while, cherishing the moment when pirates came across his planet. He hold on to that thought while he continued reading his book.
"feth it. No point in reading this."
he got off his bunk, took his holstered autopistol and hung it at his side. he slumped towards the door, heading for the local pub. But as Virgil wanted to open the door, the door was opened by someone else. He saw sergeant Niall in front of him.
"orders?" were Virgil's 1st thoughts.

"We have mobilisation orders." Niall was as blunt and to the point as ever. "I want you on the mustering ground with full kit in 5 minutes."

"aye sir!" was Tor's reply.
he went back inside and quickly collected his gear.
"damn, just as I wanted to go to the pub. But hey, It's time for some action."
he put on his flak armour.
"might find some infiltrated pirates."
He took his autogun and loaded it. And then took his ammo belt.
"Or some rioters?"
He hung his long tanerithian blade on his side.
"Nah, people here are as kind as the emperor."
he attached his frag grenades at his ammo belt. Then he put on his helmet and slung his autogun on his back before dimming the lights and heading for the mustering grounds.

Niall evaluated the nine men standing before him on the mustering ground, they were the best, his unit. Each and every one had pristine kit, polished to perfection, no, polished to his standards. He was, if he had any emotion towards them, it would be a tiny amount of pride.
"We are patrolling downtown, move out." Niall was blunt and to the point.

"Downtown ey? might come across some rioters after all." Virgil thought

The unit marched out of the compound. They were waved at by the civilians as they headed towards the gas-powered transport systems that ran down the spine of the hive. They used the specialist military transports, heavily armoured and bristling with gas powered heavy weaponry

Huston Walked out of the Space Port. His Helmet strapped to his side. He thought to himself as the World looked peaceful. Why I'm i here if there is peace here?
His thoughts raced through his head. He saw 10 soldiers all in uniform ready to go towards the downtown area. He similed his eyes leveled onto the squad. He thought of the good old days.
"Soldiers, do you require Assistance?" He yelled.

There are no hives. It's just open cities, like we have on earth today. Also, "space port" - I don't mind that, ofcourse there'd probably be one.. but they don't go to space at all really.. Ah well. Looking good so far guys! (Although there's not going to be any rioters)

"What does he want?!" Virgil asked one of his fellow guardsmen. He knew he couldn't count for an answer. he was the youngest of this veteran unit. All the others were at least 5 years older than him. They didn't trust him. Not yet. That was why Virgil wanted to prove himself so badly.

Right, I'm being a bit of a detail nazi here, so apologies, but this agent of the imperium thing.. if an Inquisitor had visited the planet then they'd have been reported for withheld tithes and conscription etc, so perhaps we can just change your characters profile slightly to say about 40 years ago he was working with an Inquisitor, and afterwards, got lost in the warp for 38 years, and exited the warp and crashed on this planet?

"I am 2nd Sergeant Huston of the Adeptus Artbites of Terra, I have come here to investagate a Rouge Psyker."

what would he want? asked Virgil. Again no answer. The others were ignoring him.

"Well Inqusitor Morth, sent me here. Don't know why though. But still I would like to join your squad so that I can see this world."

"We are currently searching downtown for rumoured dissenting rioters."

"You are welcome to join my unit, for the moment that is..." Niall had a menacing glint in his eye.

Planetary travel is not restricted, except in important places like.. well just places.

Also, check the OP everyone! I've added all the information that's important, and I found a picture for your character, Ash, I hope it's suitable enough.

On a side note, I also see no reason not to expand on this law-enforcement thing.. I know I said the military handles things like that, but they would have a special department I guess.. so IG that do the job of arbites.

Virgil was eavesdropping the conversation between the sergeant and this bloke. He picked somethinu up on rioters.
"so we are going after rioters."

"Ah then I shall help you. Rioters are against Imperial Policy."

With this, are you saying "join" as in permanently or just for the current time? I'd prefer the latter, as you can't just join units.

Niall ordered his unit onto the transport and downtown, this addition to the squad was unorthodox, but maybe the imperial agent could lend a hand.

(OOC: Well Not permanetally. Artibutes can't just join other units. They have to do a whole lot of paperwork then XD. So he's just investagating a Rumor of a rouge pysker.)
